Our mission with these gatherings is to create a space that feels safe and inviting for women to elevate one another by showing up as their authentic selves and sharing their life experiences with vulnerable curiosity.
This group experience is facilitated by Rebecka Pearson, Ph.D. Rebecka is a CEO, Psychotherapist, Mindset Coach and Realtor. She owns and runs Yellowstone Wellness, a group counseling practice and training program, Fully Conscious Coaching, a Coaching business providing individual and group programming, as well as My Montana Home, a local real estate business.
Rebecka has navigated significant burnout personally and professionally and through those journeys has created coaching curricula to guide others in transforming from a burned out shell of a human to the fully embodied self they crave and deserve to be.
She sees a small caseload of counseling clients while training clinicians under her supervision, coaches high achieving individuals and facilitates workshops on burnout and other topics. When she is not working in and on her businesses, she can be found in the mountains skiing, hiking, biking, traveling and living life to the fullest.
Rebecka is excited to bring her expertise and passion for supporting high achieving women to this space.
