Come learn the ins and outs of Sourdough with our resident baking expert, Rachel! She will lead groups of 2 in this hands on class through a No-Knead Sourdough Loaf, Sourdough Discard Biscuits served with Homemade Jam, and Sourdough Starters! At the end of the class, take your delicious creations with you to continue to enjoy them at home! *this class seats 10 people, so if you come by yourself, expect to be paired up with someone else in the class!
Each demonstration based cooking class teaches tasty techniques and food preparation along with providing a generous tasting of each dish prepared, so come hungry!
