Josh Chance is not only a kind soul, he is a master of his craft growing some of the most delicious vegetables in Montana. This dinner will feature a tour around the farm, and feature the oh so sought after Heirloom Tomatoes straight from the vine to the table!
A Q&A with Josh and Farm Manager Val Niederer will give you special insight into the life of vegetable farming using organic practices. This dinner will highlight Chance Farm’s amazing vegetables while being supported by the rest of the bounty from the farms featured in the series.
